The Brander Vineyard is one of the oldest vineyards/wineries in the Santa Ynez Valley. There is an existing winery and tasting room that date from the seventies, designed in the French Chateau style to complement the wines which are primarily Bordeaux Varietals. With many years of operation as a study, the owners have identified several operational deficiencies within their facilities. Architecture, J. A., Inc has been hired to consult on several building needs for vineyard and winery support.
